Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of South Africa via trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeframes

• Main centres: 2–5 business days
• Outlying/rural areas: 5–7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or high-volume periods).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment reflects and is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Redelivery will incur additional courier fees.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours at support@genmedchem.co.za with your order number and photos. We will investigate and resolve promptly.
