Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1) Change of Mind

• You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Contact us at support@genmedchem.co.za for a Return Authorisation (RMA) before sending back.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

2) Opened or Used Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the product is defective.

3) Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and photos.

We will assess and, if valid, arrange a replacement within 10 business days.

4) Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

5) Non-returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
